My name is Lissa Sophia.
I was born in Texas, raised in Southern California, and I spent decades studying every major spiritual tradition on earth — Christianity, Buddhism, Taoism, mysticism, the occult. Not to collect knowledge. To find the golden thread.
I found it.
It lives in the patterns. The cosmic blueprint encoded in you before your first breath. The repetitions in how we are conditioned, how we relate, how we contract and expand. how I work
The night before your reading I am already in your field. Dreaming your themes. Being shown what spirit needs you to hear. Taking notes on what moves through me in the space between waking and sleep.
When we sit together I am not interpreting symbols from a textbook. I am translating what is already moving in you — what your soul has been trying to show you, sometimes for years.
For my hands on energy work, I see with my hands. They move where the energy needs to shift. I don't decide. I follow.
